Operations Manager
Manage and coordinate business activities of the company's Operations Department. Monitor and manage operational costs of the department. Oversee the branch's operational Risk and Audit process. Ensure the company's Operational Excellence policy and solve any issues that arise. Recruit, select, train, and manage operational support staff. Conduct performance reviews and make personnel decisions such as promotions, discipline, and termination of operational support staff in accordance with company policy. Implement service excellence standards, including training and educating operational support staff .

Sr. Computer System Analyst
Analyze and coordinate implementation and maintenance of network systems for managing status of sales and accounting for all store locations, customer and supplier information, and statistical data. Direct testing, maintenance and monitoring software and internet system applications for accounting, invoicing, database, reports, etc. Direct and analyze software studies and proposals to modify or expand. Review, analyze and evaluate overall system architecture and network system including new solutions and of product information written in Korean. Consult with management and supervise systems analysts, including training and discussing system design, coding techniques and testing methodologies to improve systems.

A. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related plus 5 years of experience.
B. Must be able to read, write and speak Korean fluently.
C. 40 hours/week.

Sr. Industrial Safety Engineer
Direct the overall formulation and implementation of the company's Industrial Safety policies. Supervise subordinates to implement company's safety guidelines for the construction, remodelling, and other such processes. Oversee inspections of stores locations to determine levels of exposure to chemicals, materials, and other conditions and identify possible health and safety hazards. Research and analyze health problems and injuries related to industrial work company's employees. Plan and implement methods for preventing, correcting, and controlling hazardous conditions, including designing and producing protective clothing and devices. Examine equipment, construction materials, and protective gear to ensure compliance with safety requirements. Oversea the construction processes and supervise construction workers to ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and protective gear. Advise the management on safety conditions of all the stores, prospective locations, and the existing equipment.

A. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of progressive experience in field plus.
B. Must be able to read, write and speak Korean fluently.
